The exhibited line comprises Bandera top high-tech PET / PP foil extrusion equipment:

• Four-component “loss-in-weight” gravimetric dosing system for co-rotating twin screw extruder, 2C 85mm - L:D 1:52.

• 1 co-rotating twin-screw extruder for the foil inner layer, 2C 85 mm - L:D 1:52, with ground- breaking venting system for melt purification.

• Superfiltering screenchanger equipped with self-cleaning rotary plates for enhanced melt purification.

• Single channel flat die equipped with internal decklers and feedblock (ABA).

• Three-component batch-type gravimetric dosing system for single-screw co-extruder, TR65 mm - L:D 1:35.
 
• 1 single-screw extruder for foil outer layers, TR65 mm – L:D 1:35.

• Horizontal cooling and polishing 5-roll stack calender for the production of PET / PP/ PS / PLA foil, equipped with cross axis system.

 

• Twin PE film laminating system: by hot lamination or rubberized pressure roll.

 • Four-station winding system with trolley for reels up to 1500 mm diameter.
 
• Computerized control panel with 15” touch screen supervision system.
