Center surface slitter rewinder

TR330

High productivity and heavy duty slitter rewinders with free-standing shaftless unwinder and over-head web path.

Centre/Surface winding technology with independent double-arms stations (having a motorized and idler arm) and adjustable pressure/counter-pressure of each reel onto the central drums.

This winding technology allows to rewind heavy films or laminates, since the weight of the reels is completely supported by the drums.

Take advantage of our long experience in manufacturing advanced solutions for converting needs. The slitter machine provided by Laem System can play an important role in fulfilling the utmost demanding requirements in the field of packaging, offering at the same time interesting opportunities in terms of convenience.

TR350

The TR 350 represents an innovative application of double-drum Centre surface winding technology.

Initially designed to achieve extremely 'soft' finished reels for delicate heat-shrink film material, the machine has then been developed for rewinding larger ODs of most films and laminates.

Optimal tension control is achieved with a perfect combination of the central torque of the motorized arm and the pneumatic pressure of the reel onto the central drum, conveying the surface force.

The Automatic positioning of the slitting stations and of the rewinding arms, together with the automatic core loading system, make this machine one of the most productive of its range.

About Us Advanced Machinery was founded in 1989 by Wim Buyle. Initially, the company undertook the installation of web-guiding systems, as well as the overhaul and maintenance of such systems – and this on a free-lance basis. Subsequently, the activities were expanded into the design, construction and maintenance of other equipments and accessories used in the converting industry: web tension controls, expansion shafts, spreader rollers, longitudinal cutting systems, etc.
