Dual Shaft

RB2

Thanks to their wide range of accessories and to the great versatility of configurations, the RB2 Series slitter-rewinders are designed to meet the production requirements of the converting industry.

The centre driven winding technology with the most advanced differential shafts allows producing very narrow reels (down to 20 mm) with consistent tension and hardness throughout the width.

The dual slitting method - razor blades and circular knives - enables processing almost all web materials, with variable thicknesses from 10 to 150 µm in its standard configuration, and web widths up to 1600 mm.

The long experience of Laem System as slitter manufactures allows to provide innovative technologies for the field of packaging and converting, constantly developing solutions rated high efficiency: slitter equipment and a wide range of machinery that can best meet the needs required by converting industry.

TR115

The TR 115 slitter-rewinders are designed and manufactured to work 24/7.

Their strong mechanical construction and their flexible lay-out allow to integrate several automations and processes, which not only increase the productivity by minimizing down-times, but they also guarantee perfect tension control in the finished reels and an advanced production data management.

The over-head web path makes this slitter rewinder ideal for the food and pharmaceutical packaging industries.

About Us Advanced Machinery was founded in 1989 by Wim Buyle. Initially, the company undertook the installation of web-guiding systems, as well as the overhaul and maintenance of such systems – and this on a free-lance basis. Subsequently, the activities were expanded into the design, construction and maintenance of other equipments and accessories used in the converting industry: web tension controls, expansion shafts, spreader rollers, longitudinal cutting systems, etc.
