LINE series BETA PS/PP

Suitable for medium-high outputs
Output range: 600 - 1000 Kg/h
Inclined calander

The extrusion line can be tailored to meet customer specific requirements (provided prior technical details examination and discussion with the customer).

LINE series ALFA PP/PS

The line is designed and intended for top quality market segment. Special machinery design and manufacturing result in higher-level outputs.

Thickness ranges are wider and admitted tolerances are undoubtedly top-class.

Line is equipped with cooling and polishing calanders in horizontal configuration, featuring cross axis system, loss-in-weight gravimetric dosing units, and automatic winders.

Applied technology: thanks to the ancillary equipment – either included in line standard configuration or added as options – theextrusion line can be fully automated, thus resulting in workmanship and production scraps reduction.

Output can exceed 2500kg/h for PET and PS, and 2000kg/h for PP.

EXTRUSION LINES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BARRIER FOIL – UP TO 7-LAYER CONFIGURATION

No. 5 extruders, of which 3 are of the co-rotating twin-screw type and 2 single-screw type.

Line is designed and manufactured to produce 23 coextruded structures:

Thanks to the arrangement of a power-driven cart, rapid changes of screenchanger, volumetric pumps, pipes, and flat heads are made possible. Furthermore, by the application of the cast extrusion method, flexible barrier film can be produced.

About Us Advanced Machinery was founded in 1989 by Wim Buyle. Initially, the company undertook the installation of web-guiding systems, as well as the overhaul and maintenance of such systems – and this on a free-lance basis. Subsequently, the activities were expanded into the design, construction and maintenance of other equipments and accessories used in the converting industry: web tension controls, expansion shafts, spreader rollers, longitudinal cutting systems, etc.
