SC10
 Robust structure with two steel arms which are manually moved by the operator.

During the extracting procedure, these arms also support the weight of the finished reels, avoiding possible deflections of the differential shafts.

SC20

This device has the added advantage of bringing all the finished reels to the same height, facilitating the unloading of small reels by the operator.

It is equipped with a control panel for the pneumatic indexing of the turret which brings the arms to the horizontal level.

SC30
The SC 30 is the top of the range of the SC Series, and its cycle depends upon the specific needs of the converting facility.

It is a free standing 'robot' with its own PLC, completely synchronised with the operations and extracting device of the slitter rewinder. By combining the slitter-rewinder extractor with the SC30 unloader, the unloading process of the finished reels can be fully automated, from the production area to the packaging area, by means of a conveyor belt or other handling equipment.
